9/24/2007 - This is It!
The week of the hunt is finally here! Many long and hard hours of preparation have been put in to make this hunt successful and we hope you will come out and join in on the action. A top notch menu is planned that will include steaks, fish, barbeque, burgers and hotdogs, and many more items too numerous to name. Great entertainment is planned for your enjoyment and there will be many vendors onhand showcasing top quality merchandise for the outdoorsman (good time to start Christmas shopping!). Come on out to the Decatur County Fairgrounds this weekend and help us support such a worthwhile cause. There's No Excuse For Child Abuse!

It's hard to believe it but the hunt is almost here! Many months of hard work and preparation have passed and the event is now in sight. Emails are pouring in from all over the country.... hunters from Minnesota, Oklahoma, Ohio, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Mississippi, Arkansas, of course Tennessee, and believe it or not, even Canada are making the trip to be a part of the Carl Perkins Classic! We are VERY excited at the support from everyone and we look forward to meeting all the fine people that are making their way to Parsons, TN. We are in the final stages of planning for this massive event.... from concessions to entertainment, from traffic assistance to the hunting guides, we are ready!
